2 lbs boneless chicken breast
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon chili powder
Combine all ingredients in the base of a 5 quart slow cooker.
Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
Shred the chicken with two forks and toss in the cooking liquid.
